Note: We reserved the right of final explanation.
All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
We need 1-3 days to arrange your order for delivery. Once your order is despatched, you will receive a notification email.
We use Fast Door to Door Delivery. Delivery would NORMALLY be made in 5-7 working days after your order is despatched, to the address you give for delivery at the time you make your order. Sometimes there might be some inevitable delay during the delivery, which would bring to a few days longers to post the parcel. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment details, which could delay your order.

Returns

•We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
•If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
•We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

What happens if I forget my password or account number?
If you forget your password you can request a new one to be emailed to you by clicking on the "Forgotten Password" link on the sign in page. If this fails to resolve your problem, please contact our customer services department.


How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal ,Credit Card as it is quick and safe for both parties.


When will I be charged for my order?
For credit card purchases, we will take the money when the items are dispatched. The order amount will be authorized from your card when you place the order, but not physically taken until the goods are shipped.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is around 5-8 business days to most countries. Items ordered from our comfort collection will be despatched in 1-2 days from receipt of the order.
Where is my order?
Depending on the item it may take up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered, please contact customer services to track the whereabouts of your order.

Can I nominate a date or time for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time for orders due to the different couriers we presently use.

Can I send the goods to a different address?
We understand it's not always convenient to have goods delivered to your home address, we can deliver to a work address if the details are verified by our Fraud prevention team. This address can be specified when placing your order on the website.
Unfortunately we can only deliver to a place of work, or the card holders registered address. Orders placed for delivery to other addresses will not be accepted.

What happens if I don't receive my order on time?
Don't panic - contact our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and do their best to resolve any problems for you.

How long before the refund shows on my account?
It can take up to seven working days for the goods to be returned to us, once we have processed this refund, it will show on your account within three to five working days.
